Kate Keeley
Kate’s first novel, Molly Finn and the Seven Seas Fountain, was published in 2005. The second book in this series for girls is scheduled to be released this fall. Currently at work on the third novel in the Molly Finn series, Kate was awarded an Artist and Writers Grant by the National Science Foundation.
She’ll be traveling to Antarctica in November as a part of her research for the fourth book, Molly Finn and the Southern Ocean.
Upon her return, Kate will be collaborating with Imagination Celebration and local schools to explore ways to integrate science and creative writing. Kate lives in Colorado and enjoys hiking and biking in the Colorado Rockies.
